 Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

You can return most item(s) purchased in our store within 30 days for any reason for full refund of the purchase price of the item no questions asked.  Refunds DO NOT include shipping costs. The item returned must be in perfect condition upon arrival including all packaging and must include all items sent with it including all parts and pieces. Please contact us for instructions on how to obtain your refund before returning the item. 

Custom items are not returnable.  Examples of custom items would be family wallets with a stamp, and wallets with cutouts that I do not keep in stock, wallets with basketweave or other embossing, items with double thick or thick cutout, items with RFID protection, or a special request item (this list is not all inclusive) 

Perfect Fit branded items:  Our Perfect Fit branded items are manufactured in Maine.  It is impossible and impractical to keep every possible combination of every product on hand.  We do keep a limited stock of the most popular items on hand in our NY location.  Therefore, returns of Perfect Fit branded items are limited and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.  

Examples of items that cannot be returned (not all inclusive)

- Items with embossing (i.e., printing, stamping, wallets with basketweave finish)

- Items with RFID protection

- Items in brown leather

- Special request items

- Items with thick or double thick cutout

Agency specific wallets are designed to fit that particular agencies badges and is the best information I have.  If you are unsure if your badge will fit a particular cutout, please ask before ordering.  You can also follow the badge fit instructions located here 

Shipping Information:
What is this extra production time charge, isn't that shipping?
No.  We offer thousands of styles of wallets and other leather products from our main manufacturer in Corinna, ME.  It is impossible to stock every combination of every item available.  To offer the best possible prices and lowest shipping rates, we keep a limited stock of the most popular items at our NY location and restock every Thursday.  If you don't mind waiting a few days for your quality item to be manufactured, you can save some money.  If you need (want) the item quickly, selecting the 2-3 business day production option for a small fee enables us to have your order put in priority production and shipped within 2-3 business days. (Usually 2 but sometimes 3).
Route Shipping Insurance 

National Duty Supply INC is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft.  In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout. 

* Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 (20 for international) days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Uninsured packages are not eligible for coverage and will not be replaced / refunded if misdelivered, stolen or lost. 

How fast do you ship?

Items normally ship within two business days. Sorry, same day shipping is not available. Some items, such as custom ordered wallets, wallets with RFID, wallets with imprints etc are custom made and have to be special ordered from our supplier. In this case, shipping will take 7-10 business days.  As noted above, expedited production is available on some items. 

Are your items always in stock?

We try to maintain an adequate stock level on most items so we can ship quickly. Some items are shipped directly from the factory.  On occasion, our stock is unexpectedly depleted due to an abnormal number of orders on certain products. If an item is out of stock and not going to be replenished within three days, you will be notified by e-mail and given the option to cancel the order.

How much will shipping cost me?

We ship using various methods. US Post First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, FEDEX Air and Ground, and UPS Air and Ground.  Each method has a different cost. In order to find the shipping rate to your specific destination, put items in your cart then go to checkout and enter your address. You will then be given the various shipping options and their cost.

How will I know when my item(s) ship?

Once your shipment is prepared and the shipping label is printed, you will get an email notification with the tracking number included.

How long will it take to receive my item?

The method of shipping you choose determines how long it takes to receive your item. We ship from Northern NY.

Packages sent via USPS usually arrive within 3-4 days.

Packages sent via FEDEX Ground usually arrive with 5 days depending on destination. Click here to see shipping time estimate.

How do I track my shipment?

You can track your shipments simply by entering the tracking number into your favorite search engine. Or by going to the carrier’s website.

International shipments take 10-14 business days. Tracking is available for international packages to many countries. You can check your tracking number here

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. US Post First Class Mail is normally used for international shipping as that is the cheapest method.  All methods of international shipping are expensive.

What about Customs Duties and Taxes?

Each country has their own way of calculating duties, taxes and fees. We have no control over that. Any fees related to the importation of your goods are up to you to pay.

Will you declare a lower price on the Customs form so I don’t have to pay as much?

NO. We will not falsify documents as that is illegal and will get us both in trouble. Besides, would you want to deal with a business that is dishonest?
